Booties for Fall

The long Labor Day weekend was great. Chris and I got lots of cleaning done, ate some great food, relaxed on the couch and bing watched Parks and Rec and spent time with friends and family. I managed to keep myself away from the various Labor Day sales but I did spend a lot of time online window shopping for a new pair of booties for fall. I was pretty set on a pair of chelsea boots but have been considering other styles. I want a pair that are versatile and will last. Here are some of the boots I’ve come across that I think will be great for fall and will go with every outfit:

Current Trend: Duck Boots

One of my absolute favorite trends this season are duck boots. They are the perfect shoe to wear in cold and wet weather. I used to have to trudge around in ugly rain boots or bulk snow boots but now I just slide on a pair of duck boots. They keep my feet warm and dry while looking stylish. You can find fur lined duck boots for the cold weather or sleeker ones, like the original Bean Boots, for wet weather. Need some duck boots inspiration? Check out some of my favorite looks:

I bought these boots in September and have practically lived in them since then.
